My specialization is "Theoretical and Applied Linguistics (English & Spanish)". In the field of language my academic interests are: Computational Linguistics, Natural Language Processing (NLP).

In the Fall 2000, I successfully completed the course entitled "International Security in a Changing World" offered under the auspices of the Institute for International Studies, Stanford University.

My hobbies:

At the week-ends, I like partying and having fun with my friends.

I enjoy travelling: during the last 5 years I managed to visit different resorts of the Black Sea coast (Lazarevskoe, Adler, Sochi, Shirokaja Balka, Novorossiysk, Sevastopol, Yalta), Nizhny Novgorod, Ekaterinburg, Saint-Petersburg, Moscow, and in winter 2002 I happened to make a tour of Israel by TAGLIT Birthright Israel Project.

I am keen at playing tennis (winner of Chelyabinsk Winter & Summer Junior Tennis Tournements in 1998).

The Internet plays an important part in my life as the means of communication with the whole world.

Music - from classical one to modern styles - gives an outstanding opportunity to relax.
